- Before breakfast, a glass of warm water and lemon.

- At dinner, you can choose between: grilled chicken; baked fish; or vegetable soup; minestrone; velvety.

- Do not drink any type of alcohol

- Breakfast – a glass of rice milk with 3 rice crackers, a little jelly, preferably organic with a high fruit content, lean and without additives.
- Snack – a fruit is allowed mid-morning.
- Lunch – A serving (about 80 g) of boiled brown rice or rice pasta, seasoned with a little salt, with fresh cheese like skimmed ricotta, lean or grana cheese, all paired with boiled vegetables. As an alternative to rice, you can eat lean fish (such as sea bass, hake, or grouper), or white meat (chicken, turkey). These dishes should be grilled or baked without seasonings.
- Snack – another fruit is allowed mid-afternoon.
- Dinner – a low-fat risotto to your taste, such as mushroom, shrimp, vegetables, with little or no salt, and a maximum of a drizzle of oil. Or boiled rice seasoned with cooked vegetables or lean meats and fish. To accompany this first dish, you can eat grilled or raw vegetables.
