To make spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper, start by preparing the ingredients: peel and cut the garlic cloves in half, removing the green sprout, then thinly slice the hot chili peppers.
Meanwhile, put a pot of water on the stove and when the water boils, add the indicated amount of spaghetti, but let the water with the spaghetti boil before adding salt.
Start preparing the garlic, oil and chili pepper sauce by pouring half of the oil into a large pan and heating it over low heat until it sizzles, then add garlic and chili peppers.
Turn off the heat to avoid burning the garlic when it is perfectly golden. Add salt to taste and let it cool.
When the spaghetti is cooked al dente, drain them from the cooking water (not all of it) and add them to the pan with garlic, oil, and chili pepper; also add a ladle and a half of cooking water. Turn the heat to medium.
Mix well with a kitchen fork and cover with a lid to let the cooking water evaporate. After a couple of minutes, remove the lid, turn off the heat and give the spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper a final stir before plating and serving with a sprinkle of chopped fresh parsley. Spaghetti with garlic, oil, and chili pepper is ready to be served and eaten!
