Instructions

How to make the milk-free Strawberry, Coconut, and Pineapple Smoothie

  • To make the milk-free strawberry, coconut, and pineapple smoothie, start by cleaning all the fruit and preparing the parts that you will blend: remove the pineapple skin, cut the remaining fruit into 4 parts lengthwise, and finally, cut away the core (which should not be blended but is edible and beneficial, so save it for another snack).
  • Cut the pineapple flesh into small cubes and place it in a bowl. Also, clean the strawberries: wash them, remove the damaged parts and stems, cut them into pieces, and add them to the bowl with the pineapple. Finally, let's deal with the coconut: take a whole coconut and pour the filtered coconut water into a glass (you will need it to get a less dense smoothie).
  • Once opened, take half of the coconut and cut it into small pieces. Combine all the fruit in the bowl, mix it, and then transfer it to a blender. Blend until you reach the desired consistency: it is optional to add the coconut water little by little to get a less dense smoothie without using milk.

Tips

To make the Strawberry, Coconut, and Pineapple Smoothie less dense, you can use milk, yogurt, or coconut water. This detail varies based on your personal taste and needs.

Conservation

Once the fresh fruit smoothie is ready, it must be consumed immediately, and it cannot be stored.
